"This place took our vehicle in to repair if after a accident so it became a salvage repair they held the vehicle for 3+ months supposedly trying to find parts for it which was ok, if the work would of been done correctly not only did the work they did was not 100% done, but they seem to damage other parts of the vehicle and now the vehicle has more problems other than what happened in the accident. Also, once we got the vehicle back it was dirty with grease all over the front leather seat driver side area, amongst other places. I then had to take the vehicle to be inspected by The State due to it being a salvage now and ot failed inspection because of their lack of work and providing appropriate documentation so we stopped payment on their last invoice because after all this and it failing inspection the vehicle having new damage needing repaired, so I went to the shop to try to get the reciept needed for it to pass inspection and they have ga e me the run around for over a month saying they didn't have it, had to contact someone who did and never call me back and I always call them twice a week to check on the status and they (Jenny) ignores all my calls they only answer when I call from a outside number other than my own they are very shady and fraudulent company and they don't want to make this right Butch has already said he will not give me the receipt so there for he has kept the vehicle held up since March til now Sept 2020 because without that paper we can not put that vehicle on the road. I've been very poilite with them and patient and this is where it got me so that's why I'm making it know that they don't do good work for everyone they just luck out when no one complains."

"The absolute best body work anywhere. Butch is an expert and won't let any insurance company get away with paying for anything less than perfect repairs (many shops let the insurance companies push them to re-use parts that shouldn't be re-used) I've been unfortunate enough to take work to Butch many times and every one has ended up being a pleasurable experience."
