"I would not recommend taking your vehicle to be serviced at this location. I had my car towed to their facilities with it acting like a bad alternator. They didn't even look at it until 3 days later after my excessive calling. They told me the battery and alternator were testing find. I asked if someone test drove it, the answer was let me get someone to drive it and call you back. Again, I had to call them back in which they said nothings wrong with it you can pick it up. I picked it up drove it home, turned it off it wouldn't start. I called back and they told me jiggle the battery cables something has to be loose...the cable was indeed loose and it started, he said bring it back up here we will get it fixed tomorrow. My husband ended up tightening the battery cable. I paid $240.00 diagnostic fee (with no diagnosis) wouldn't a mechanic/technician check battery cable connections?? And they left oil/grease stains all over the inside of drive door."
