"We thought we were making the process easy by going through the Geico express service for the damage to my car. For the tear in the bumper it took two weeks of the car sitting there for them to work on and at the end of it, the wrong head lamp was installed so at night there is different visibility, different color beams, and a space of no visibility due to the different beam angles. Calliber Collision was not aware of this and when made aware of the problem, concluded that they wouldn't do anything about it. So, they didn't even check this when giving the car back and when made aware of it, won’t fix it and blamed problem on Geico."
