"I had my truck Undercoated and Paint protected and expressed concern after getting it done that i was not happy with the job. the Manager Brian totally went out of his way to make me a very happy customer. They built a long lasting relationship with me as a customer and i have never had that much respect from a company any where else. "This is not what happened to my vehicles on their annual retreat. My 2012 Tahoe still had pealing under coating with rust on the frame, and the front hood lip had not been treated. My 2018 Sierra had not had the hood retreated, it also received minor damage while at the Centerville OH location (near Dayton mall). The manager was combative when I tried to talk to him about this, he also told me that they use a cleaning chemical on the hood because people don’t like the mess of the other. If this was the case, why wouldn’t they use it on the doors and hatch? Then he calls me 2 hours later to tell me the reason they didn’t treat the hood on the truck was due to it being composite, well I’ve never seen a composite that a magnet would stick to. I wrote Ziebart and the franchise, I never received a response from the franchise, and Ziebart corporate only forwarded my email. Why waste my money if they don’t properly apply the chemicals? I won’t go back to any of these locations owned by this franchise since they won’t even reply."
"Absolutely fantastic job Brian and the guys were great. Since 2020 when I bought my Ram 1500 Limited they did my z glaze, my rust proofing and wrap done I take it back every year for the checkup. I pick it up and it looks brand new again. We also take our Jeep 392 and our JeepGrand Cherokee Summit to them. I tell all of my friends about the work they do and several have taken their vehicles to Brian and the guys and they to are very happy with the work they do. Thank you guys Clarence Kidd"
"Took my 2018 ram to get under coded look good when I picked it up. when I got home I saw all the undercoating overspray on my truck very unhappy and I can promise there not touching my truck again."
