"It’s an insurance agency. Of course today there really isn’t any customer service. Allstate is not a great company to work with. In this agent’s office the people are friendly but usually cannot give customer service or support. Everything is a phone call and video calls. The video calls when they are done with you especially for a claim. They disconnect and tell you that they don’t know what happened and say stuff like we have enough information. When in fact they never finished getting all of the information. Then they leave you cold and unsure of what is happening."
