"Want to give them a fair review, took my MINI Cooper in and they did a VERY detailed diagnostic and had very good communication with me. Very happy with that. They are a very busy shop so plan to wait a few extra days while they get to your car but that popularity is probably for a reason. On the flip side, overall the quotes are overpriced. They quoted me $3600 on a clutch and I'm getting it done at another shop for $1600 + $200 if I need a flywheel. Also they broke my hood release latch and blamed it on a "weak design" which certainly could be true but it wasn't broken till they used it and they didn't fix it for free. Maybe that's me being unfair but if a shop breaks something I feel they should fix it at their cost, if not for free."
"Could not be more impressed with Brian and the team at C's. I had a VW TDI with mods that had very hard to nail down issues. They were thorough and the thing that impresses me the most is they listen to the customer. Its important when you know the vechicle and previous work done to it when it comes to troubleshooting.
