The salesperson was very friendly and seemed to know quite a bit about all the appliances. We decided on a perfect clothes washing system for our home and it's gonna be delivered for free. "Great experience! Greeted after walking in the door and were directed to appliances. Daniel was helpful is answering our questions about dishwashers we were looking at. Good selection and he did not hover when we were looking. Purchasing was a breeze and delivery the same week! Delivery and install was great (guys were knowledge and made sure to cabinets and floor were not scratched or damaged. Very pleased and would recommend to others and return again."

"Went to the grand opening with my sister and mother. We were looking for a chase lounge for my mother's bedroom and some other oddities. We were there for about 30 minutes without a salesperson to acknowledge us. I then spoke to an associate who walked by us.. She spoke and kept going. We then passed by several other associates, all of whom didn't ask if we needed help or anything. So we walked up to an associate and let her know that we havent spoken to or asked if we needed help, so we were leaving. At that point, she mentioned she was on break and we could wait for help. We decided to leave! Hopefully, you all will train your associates to speak to everyone that comes in. You never know what sales you're missing out on!"
