"Nothing to do with store personnel. One star is due to me returning one part in the last 2 years that I paid with debit card and the policy is not to return cash, but return it to card. They blamed it on credit card and debit card processor. They chose the company to process their transactions, so blaming it on their processor is passing the buck. If I have to pay for a part before I leave the store , they should have to pay for a return before I leave the store. Poor business practice."
"As a female who is has auto knowledge I was really taken back by the way Nick treated me today. I asked to have my computer scanned, due to my service engine light coming on. My request was met with a terrible attitude. Nick argues with me as, it seemed, he didn’t want to be bothered. He walked away from me to the next computer. He said nothing. He didn’t look at me any longer. After a few moments I had to ask him what we were doing. He said he needs to help someone else. It’s a shame that a “gentleman” would treat a customer this way. Treat a lady this way. What I did want to mention is that another customer in the store came up to me in the parking lot apologizing for the way I was just treated. I will spend my money at a store that values me and has manners and common sense."
"This is my favorite O'Reilly location by far. The staff are knowledgeable and do what they can to get me the parts I need, and they get them correct the first time. Nick and Caleb especially go out of their way to make me feel welcomed and ensure I have a great customer experience!"
