"The guys that actually replaced my windshield were great. It turned out I needed to have some trim pieces replaced and that had yet to be completed. This had involved one rep by me to the shop where I learned the pieces had not been ordered, then when I called to see if they had come in and could be installed they could not be found so they were reordered a second time. They were finally installed and one of the pieces is still not securely in place. Needless to say I’m very frustrated."
