"Been using this Midas for about 10 years with a 5 star experience until about 4 years ago when the entire staff changed and it hasn't been the same service since! Got a simple oil change the other day on my daughter's car and they didn't reset the oil engine light. Also the same tire had the same amount of low air pressure on the display screen that it had before the oil change which indicates they weren't checked or rotated. Appointments were made ahead of time for an oil change on both of our cars. When they discovered we were together they did the cars one at a time instead of both at their scheduled times so we were there twice as long as we were scheduled to be."
