"I had an issue with my carpet sometime after installation. The carpet developed waves in it from not being installed correctly the first time. After three phone calls trying to reach the person who sold me the carpet, I was told that it was out of warranty. The carpet was fine, just poorly installed. Warranty shouldn’t apply to shoddy installation. So I had to pay $150 for them to come out and stretch the carpet with the correct equipment. Save yourself some trouble and headaches and shop elsewhere. Lowe’s does way better and better customer service."

"Bobby was so kind when he came to measure, and he was quick. He helped me pick the right color carpet for my home, and even had samples ready to show. The carpet came in quickly (about two weeks) and we’re installed the same week. José And the rest of the guys installing were so kind, quick, and I felt comfortable having them in my home. They even had their own vacuum to clean up when they were done. I would definitely recommend soft touch carpet. The quality is great and they do a great job!"

"We had our flooring replaced throughout the first level and carpet replaced in the basement. The entire process from start to finish was great. Dustin came out and gave us a quote as well as answered our numerous questions better than most carpet sellers I've talked to before. He had the samples with him based on our previous conversation and we were able to pick one out the same night. We did visit the store, even if it was almost 1 hr drive away, shortly after and we were very impressed by their selection and how knowledgeable the staff was. I've been trying to get this flooring project going for about 5 years and over this period we have gotten multiple quotes and have purchased boxes of and seen many kinds of planks and engineered wood. Choosing our new floors with Dustin's guidance was easy. Scheduling was a breeze, and we are enjoying our new floors much sooner than I expected. Best Christmas present ever! The installers came out early, jumped right to work and worked very efficiently to complete the job right. Again, we were impressed by how hard-working, courteous and knowledgeable the crew was. They cleaned up after themselves and addressed all the questions we had. The workers explained things that pertained to our house and the projects at hand. I couldn't believe they got this big job done so well and so quickly. I love our new floors and it's nice to have the same kind of flooring ran through the one floor versus a hodgepodge of 3 different contractor-grade types we had before. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for great service and selection, and in fact I already refered some family and friends and send them their way. It may sound silly, but for me these floors were a dream come true and it had to do with the awesome experience thanks to Soft Step Carpet. Give them a chance, you will not regret it! I am one happy customer who's looking forward to using them again once we save money to replace our carpets in the bedrooms."
