Although there were a couple of small hiccups, as with pretty much any contractor work, Mike worked diligently and professionally to correct the issue and make sure I was satisfied with the end result. We looked around at a lot of sites and found Best Way Cabinets, which appeared to best suit our needs. They look perfect and I will suggest this supplier to others."

"It was a huge mistake to do business with Bestway Cabinets. They only use contract labor, not their own employees. The first contractor that came to the house, walked in to look at the job and simply said 'No Thanks' and left. The next contractor came and was unable to complete a basic drywall repair and moving an electrical outlet; these are absolutely routine tasks for this sort of install. After several failed attempts, he too walked off the job. They abandoned a full set of uninstalled cabinets in my garage for over 6 weeks. We were stuck without a kitchen sink or appliances for nearly 10 weeks during this ordeal. We were stuck communicating with these incompetent contractors. The actual business owner was not responsive. He refused to get involved in the process any way. When they mis-ordered the parts, he did nothing to expedite them in (they mis-ordered twice during the process). Once installed, the work was littered with mistakes. The cabinets were grossly misaligned. Trim was missing. The doors were installed unevenly. Panels were damaged. The wrong doors (completely an obviously mismatched) were installed anyway. I had to send a 7 page document summarizing all of the issues. He quoted a 6-8 week delivery time and two week install. The job was ordered a the beginning of Nov 2021 and not completed until July 2022. It took 6 months longer than he quoted. This company is absolutely inept at their core business. Their customer service is worst in class. Their attitude towards their customers is somehow the worst of it all. I would recommend avoiding this business at all costs."
