"Took my car in for an oil change Monday, noticed the check engine light came on afterwards, took it to be checked today and there was about 1.5 extra quarts of oil in my car that had to be drained out. Thankful that my light came on and I didn't let it go so it could be drained before causing damage. When I came home after it was fixed, I called and the manager was very rude when I told him what happened and sounded like he doubted me. At least he did offer to refund the money I paid but only after I asked what he was going to do about the situation."
"My daughter went for an oil change, the two men working were extremely rude to her in fact the one raised his voice at her! Then were going to charge her $70 for a standard oil change! All I can say is wow, if this is the way a business treats paying customers it is ridiculous!! I will never give them a penny of my money and she will never go back there again!"
"I took one star away because it was a very long wait, even though they had plenty of staff. I took another star away because I usually do business with Valvoline and between two separate locations and three oil changes, no one has my engine filter in stock. They were nice and offered to install it, but I would have to go search and find the filter at another store. Nice people but I don’t think I’ll be going back until I get this part replaced somewhere else first."
