"We took our business elsewhere because the "agent" we had,Kim, gave us nothing but issues. Constant arguments whenever we called with a question or concern. Told us our policy would almost triple when we added our son to the policy(our new insurance only went up $18...hmmmm...) Today,we get a collections letter where she restarted our policy in September after we switched providers in March. My husband is disputing this with the collection agency and I hope that the owners read this and go back through her case files. Or maybe the state should come in and investigate the entire office. Who knows how many other people they've done this to"
