"Trying to make this as short as I can. After blowing out a transmission line in the mountains of Tennessee and having the vehicle repaired there, I was still seeing a little fluid on the ground. I called Steve and they got me in the next morning after getting back from vacation. He did a thorough check and spent a good amount of time showing me what he found and giving me options. He did not try to oversell anything and stated that what I was seeing was residual fluid that was there from the blowout. Stated that he could replace the line, but did not see a real reason to at this time. He cleaned up as much of the fluid as possible. All in all, my experience was pleasant and they have earned a new customer, if I ever need transmission work, this is the place I will go."
