"I hate to give them a bad review but this last trip sealed the deal for me. I used to take my vehicles here for regular maintenance, tires, etc when I moved here 2 years ago. It was fine service at first but recently it took a bad turn. I made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change and a tire rotation with the older guy that answers the phone. I show up and I'm not on the schedule, they want me to drop it off (I didn't want this, which is why I made the appointment in advance) so I do unhappily, then when I pick it up later the tires aren't rotated. I don't have time to deal with them forgetting about me. No apology, nothing. They just acted like it was inconvenient that I showed up. The last couple of appointments have been disorganized. They need someone more competent to answer their phones and schedule. Guess I'll have to try other nearby garages."

"Brought my f150 in for a transmission repair, the dealer couldn’t work on it for months. Zach got me in quickly and repaired my truck same week and got me back up and running! I highly recommend, prices are good and service was great!"

"I ask them to install an engine for me in my truck and they quoted me 800 to 1200 to do the job. I was told they will stop at 800.00 and they only had the engine on the floor with the headers on and some spray paint on the block and that took two weeks! And then they want more money to keep working on my truck but would not give me a total price for the job! So I said I want my engine in the truck so they bolted it in to the transmission and put starter on and then wanted my to pay another 700.00 to keep going! But they never wanted to get in running just keep changing me to do more work so I said I can’t pay on a never ending bill! So had to tow my truck out of there but before I could take my truck they wanted me to pay 1,495.00 for what little work they had done but not finish the job! So went got my truck back I had discovered that my hard gas line was gone and they had my oil pan off messing with my oil pump. I had tried to get it started in my own and discovered the oil pump shaft that is connected to the distributor was missing!! So I had no oil to my engine now it’s destroyed and I had to file a lawsuit against the shop."

"I don’t like leaving bad reviews for local companies. However, this is an exception. The story: I contacted this shop about a week ago and asked if they installed hitches and they said yes. So I went to the shop and they installed the hitch. No problem! Good to go! While I was there, they offered to install the wiring harness for a trailer. I said sure, why not! They ordered a wiring harness and installed it. Good to go, or so I thought. I hooked it up to my trailer and I had no brake lights. Uh oh, kind of a big deal. So, I take the trailer and car back to the shop and they say that the trailer harness is the wrong one for that vehicle. I stood next to the mechanic and we looked for and ordered the correct one. (The amazon website asked the year, make and model of the car to make sure it would work. This should have been verified the first time.) They said they would install the correct one for $60 *cash* if I brought it in Monday. I arrive Monday morning with the correct wiring harness and it gets installed. I question what the $60 is for and they tell me labor. I pointed out that I wouldn’t need the labor had the research been done to install the correct wiring harness. I didn’t get refunded for the original ($25) wiring harness they said they left in my car (which I can’t find anywhere), they didn’t give me credit for the labor I was charged for them to install the wrong wiring harness. Here’s the math. Incorrect harness $25 (paid for at time of install) Correct harness $35 (paid for when ordered off of amazon) Labor to install incorrect harness $55 Labor to remove incorrect harness and install correct harness $60 Mechanic gave me $20 back and said he didn’t want me to feel ripped off. I explained it to him like this... I make furniture. If you ordered a desk that was 72” inches, and I built it at 62” inches, would it be okay if I charged you to make the new desk? His response: No. But, I was still charged for their mistake. It’s unfortunate because they’re not horrible people, just need to re-evaluate their focus on customer service when they make a mistake. Will not be back."

"I took my 1973 Lincoln in for a diagnosis and the staff at auto tech got me right in, identified a free problems and quoted me a fair price for the repairs. All in all, my car starts up 10x better, it drives better and the overall performance is much improved. I'd recommend these guys because they're honest and fair."
