"Me and my dad were on a road trip taking us through Dayton Ohio when we noticed a weird noise driving. We realized a large screw had punctured our left rear tire! We took our car immediately to this Good Year location and were immediately helped by their staff. The office manager was super friendly, the repair staff diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under an hour. Saved us a huge hassle on our trip, we are very lucky to have found this shop and they provided incredible service. Thank you!"
"I got new tires on my vehicle. I had an appointment and they took 2.5 hr longer than what they estimated at the beginning. They rushed the job and and didn’t properly balance the tires. So, I took the vehicle back and they said i had a bent rim and they rebalance the tires. the vehicle still shook at 70mph. Today, I went to Discount Tire to get the tires balanced. Discount Tire did the job for free and said the rim wasn’t bent and all 4 tires were way out of balance. Discount Tire fix the vehicle and the tires are balanced properly."

In the rain my window got stuck down, a few others places couldn't help until Friday, and didnt bother to take the extra stop GoodYear did, but GoodYear told me to bring it in and they got it up so my interior wouldn't get wet, Until my appointment to fix it. "Great tires & parts. My Goodyear Eagles go 50,000 miles of very hard driving. Careful, expert mechanics. Even after Chevorlet dealer service my 97,000 mile truck didn't drive like new. I thought it was the tires and took it to Goodyear for new ones. While putting them on, Goodyear's mechanic saw the reasons and I authorized the repair. Truck now totally rides like new, and Goodyear did it for 40% of what I'd just paid Chevorlet, (to be clear, Chevy did stuff the truck needed. They just didn't spy the problem while doing it, despite they were working in the same areas as Goodyear)."
