"Scheduled a car in for recall. It was scheduled for a week and a half before I had to have the vehicle in. I delivered the car and they said it would take 2 to 3 hours to do the work. Then got a phone call saying they couldn't do all of repairs due to the fact they didn't have the parts in stock. Now I'll have to take more time of my day in the future to take the vehicle back over there and have more work done to the vehicle."

"I've had a couple issues with their service department but in the end they we're honest and I did receive reimbursement for my tow bill. Though they were honest and I did receive reimbursement for my towing I was still without anything to drive for 5 days not once was it mentioned that they would offer me something to drive. Had I not had someone very close to me who knew exactly what had happened, I wonder if the outcome would have been the same. I certainly hope so for others. If you have your car serviced and you know something's not right don't wait, speak about it. Thank you to Steve, Matt and the wonderful ladies who work behind the scenes. I appreciate your help!"
