"Can't express enough what a great experience I had and turn around time considering the issue. I got a more than a fair price. I expected it to be a much more expensive repair. My breaks locked up in an unfamiliar area and had to go to the nearest place I could find. Boy was I lucky this was the nearest. Everyone was super kind and explained everything thoroughly."

"I moved from St. Louis to Ohio, about a month ago. I desperately needed rear brakes and was skeptical about a new mechanic/shop. After googling automotive shops near me, Norton Car Care Center popped up. Of course I looked through the reviews, and everyone recommended Randy. I booked my appointment and Randy took great care of my vehicle. He was very thorough and explained everything. He was very pleasant and patient. I've found my new automotive home . "This place has been the best place to go to that I have found. Randy (Owner) is professional yet makes you feel more like a friend and doesn’t run circles around you. He charges very fairly and takes the time to explain what the charges mean. He and his mechanic fixed my truck quickly and was willing to tackle a strange issue even after I had already replaced everything there was to change. Truck runs perfect now and Randy even stayed late so I could pick up my keys in the evening. Highly recommend to anyone and will be coming back to him for anything above my head!"
