"I just finished my service with Tire Discounters in Troy, OH. I don’t have an appointment for service and yet they were able to get me in and serviced. The team stayed past working hours to make sure that my vehicle was completed and ready to go. I dealt with Abbie at the front desk and she was very professional and clear when providing different options to meet my needs. She was the only person running the front desk and still was able to balance her attention between answering phone calls and addressing people in the lobby. Overall, excellent experience at the store and even better prices. They definitely earned my business."

"I took my Honda Civic in to Tire Discounters in Troy because the low air pressure light kept coming on. I had filled my tire a few times that week and it seemed the drivers side rear tire was losing pressure. My boyfriend removed the tire and found a small nail in the middle of the tire. He had put it back on and said he would drive me to work the next day so I could drop it and have it repaired. After dropping it off, Tire Discounters called and told me it had two nails in it and was not repairable. They did not have a tire in stock and would not be able to match the tire but could get a similar one. I decided to take my car to Voss Honda. I wanted the tires to match and they had been kind of rude in my interactions. Very good decision on my part! When Voss called to tell me my car was ready and they had finished the repair I was obviously surprised and asked about the second nail. Apparently there was not a second one?! Customers beware....you might think they are being helpful and honest but...the employees at Tire Discounters are apparently dishonest and not looking out for their customers best interest. Very disappointing! I would never have guessed I didn't need a new tire at all."

"I've been to Tire Discounters twice now and both times received above expectations with Customer Service! Whatever the Manager/Owner is doing with their employees is working as they ALL are very customer oriented. My second and most recent visit, three of the employees assisted to ensure the tire I needed was available, my immediate tire pressure was addressed and to help schedule my appointment. I do recommend that, if possible, to drop your vehicle off to be serviced as the wait time was long, even with an appointment; however, their customer service and their workmanship are excellent. The wait time gave me the opportunity to watch how they interacted with all the walk-ins and it was quite impressive. I wanted to post this because I feel customer service is lacking these days in most places. Hats off to whomever is motivating these great employees!"

"I never tend to write reviews but I will for the folks here at Tire Discounters; I first brought my car in for two new tires + my rear brakes and rotors to be done. No appointment, just walked in and dropped my vehicle off; it was a long wait but that was expected with a lot full of vehicles and people that had appointments before me. Tyler & Quinton (I believe that is his name) were super nice and professional. Quinton advised me that my wheel assembly was going on my right rear, and that it would need to be replaced sooner then later. Three days later; it broke down on my way to college. I towed my vehicle to the lot and they allowed me to store it at the shop from Monday until Friday of this week, no charge. I assured them I would get the work done with them and I did. They were understanding of my situation. While attending school they gave me a ring mid Friday once I was able to purchase the wheel assembly needed and fixed my car up before the end of the day. Vehicle drives smoother then it ever has. Paid for it over the phone and was able to pickup my car after closing. Great people down here, would suggest them to anyone that needs basic work done to their vehicles. While they are not a traditional mechanic shop and more or less have a specialty that they are focused in, I'll for sure be coming for all my basic maintenance needed for my vehicle. Very honest and good folks working here."
