"Purchased a MGW P short shifter for my GTO and had it installed to find it did not allow the car to go into any of the odd gears. I ended up putting the stock one back on to get around. I sent multiple emails to try to find a solution for the shifter not working to which I did not get a reply. Ended up buying a different short shifter and before I had him install the new one, i had him try the MGWP one AGAIN and it still did not work while the other short shifter I bought worked perfectly. At this point I just wanted to return or get a refund on the faulty short shifter. I call and explain the situation and I was told I am out of luck and that I already installed the part so I could not return it (only driven in the parking lot of the shop) I asked if there was anything I could do to get my money back and he said “sell it on ebay”. I was not even asking for the hundreds of dollars in labor it took to install this shifter TWICE. I just wanted to find a solution and now I am out hundreds up dollars and no one to help me. Never deal with this company. As far as I know its just one guy running this place and he was the one who built the shifter himself."
