"Kent and his team were amazing from the start to finish of my trip to Murphy’s in Centerville. My transmission went out yesterday on my way to work and I drove it to Murphy’s not knowing what the issue was. Kent squeezed me into a busy schedule and the team diagnosed that my transmission went bad and needed replaced. The quote to replace it came in well under what the dealership would have charged me. Due to the issue and the cost, I decided a new transmission was not worth it and will be purchasing another car. Kent went above and beyond here. He followed me back to my house in my Jeep so I could get it home to get it traded in. I cannot say thank you enough to him and the team. They have always been thorough with every service and I am grateful for them!"

"Waited too long to get my brakes replaced, they were metal on metal. I couldn’t wait for any other shops I had called to get me in, but Murphey’s not only got me in that day, they took me home while working on my car, got it done before the time they quoted, sent me highly detailed info on my car, and fixed what I asked for THAT DAY (brake replacement), and even came and picked me up from my own home to get my car. I have never had that kind of quick, attentive service, ever. The shop was clean, the staff was amazing (hats off to Kent and the other fellow who gave me the ride to and from home—I wish I could remember his name. Bald guy with beard—very nice gentleman!) If you’re stuck in an emergency like I was, give these guys a call. I was in and out quicker than any other shop I’d been to before. 5/5 stars. I’m not paid or anything, I’m just some broke dude who needed help and they helped! Recommended."
