"Technician arrived on time and did an excellent job maintaining the furnace and water heater. Answered all my questions. They have installed my furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater. Over the past 3 years, there have been a few different technicians here and each has been knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. As a bonus, they don't mind my two friendly dogs. The office staff is excellent as well. They are quick to follow up on any question I might have. I highly recommend this company."
"The young man whom you sent to my home on Friday. November 10, 2023 at 1:00 was Dylan Clark. You have sent a number of different workers to my home before. But never as highly skilled and totally professional as Dylan Clark. His attention to my furnace was outstanding. My furnace is only a few years old. But had consistently, spells of loud noices when furnace was turned on. Your worker, worked diligently checking and cleaning my furnace. For the FIRST TIME Your Worker found the problem. My furnace is OPERATING WITHOUT LOUD NOISE . THANKS TO Dylan Clark. He even noticed I did not have a plug in Gas & Carbon Monoxide Alarm. And said where I could go to buy one. "Our nearly 20 year old garbage disposal finally gave up. I called E.H. Roberts about a replacement and Todd stopped by the same day to determine exactly what we needed. Next, I received a call with a price quote and we scheduled an appointment for the installation. Lastly, Todd arrived at the scheduled time and did a great job installing the new unit. The new garbage disposal is operating perfectly. Two thumbs up for E.H. Roberts!!!"
