"What an incredible experience we had at the Rh Outlet with Stewart and Denise. We furnished our new home in stages and the staff quickly learned our style and helped make suggestions for our space. They would even send pictures of pieces that came in that we may be interested in. Their customer service is top notch and they take great pride in their product. We were so happy at our last store visit as we purchased 6 white dining chairs that we had been admiring for some time. I was hesitant to purchase them knowing they would show dirt/ stains. However, Stewart quickly put me at ease by demonstrating how to clean the performance fabric. This is just one of many examples of his incredible service. I highly recommend RH Outlet to anyone who wants high quality furniture for a fraction of the retail cost. I love every piece that we purchased and the incredible staff who helped make it happen."
"First, the gallery associates are amazing! They were so helpful and kind when accommodating us at the gallery. I do love this place and have made the 2+ hour drive from Indianapolis several times, but probably won’t do it again after this last time. It used to be better than what it is now in my opinion. There’s only big furniture pieces now as opposed to before it being a little bit of everything. Hauling big pieces of furniture back to Indianapolis is not viable unless we were to drive a large truck over. And even then you never know what’s there so it could be a wasted trip. The prices used to be a lot better than they are now as well. Overall, they aren’t marked down as much as they used to be."
