"I started out trying to order a mattress from Mattress Firm on line but it wasn’t going well. I called the store nearest to me and spoke to Cassie who was friendly, helpful and patient. We ended up being able to get what we wanted by going into the store. It was less than an hour till closing time but she took time with us and answered all our questions. We plan to purchase another mattress in the near future and will most likely return to see Cassie."

"Anybody looking to buy a mattress or frame from this place do not do it I was told the day I purchase both of them to come over here and pick both of them up I get there well we don't have the frame you have to come back on the 14th okay bummer but okay come back today the 15th I even called before I went there and they said oh yes you can go pick it up I get there and they tell me will we don't have it we don't know when it's going to come in we'll just have to call you whenever it comes in so now I don't know when I'm getting it so just be aware of that if you want a mattress and frame anytime soon you probably won't get it from these guys"
