"I’m a former employee that still comes into the Sephora to shop. Beware of the kohls store manager, Jennifer. She can be so rude and it seems that she goes out of her way to be rude to employees and customers alike, which is in my opinion, bad for business. I love the Sephora but I don’t even want to be in there if she’s there because it makes the whole experience bad. The dirty looks are unnecessary and there are ALWAYS dirty looks. I saw her yell at a customer one time (when I was still an employee) and I’ve heard her literally yell at employees before and it makes people extremely uncomfortable. Now when I’m in there it seems like she makes the employees uncomfortable as well."

"There were literally 10 employees on the sales floor and only 2-3 cashiers working, and working SLOW mind you. What should have taken less than 10 min took 30. The line was long too. Ruined my night. Waiting for almost an hour at a line isn’t what I wanted to do after work. The cashier that scanned my items started doing her own work with hangers instead of giving me my receipt. Just an awful experience. Immensely disappointed in the customer service for the crazy prices they charge."
