Hobby Lobby

"I got a photo frame from this Hobby Lobby and while putting the photo in accidentally popped the glass out (100% my fault) but the glass wouldn’t fit back in the frame and I ultimately broke it. I called to see if I could return the whole thing on the off chance and was told no but that they sell replacement glass. I took the frame with me and got a replacement glass cut for it, explaining how the other one once it popped out was too big to fit back in, she was super nice and did cut it just a little smaller than the frame size. However before I left I wanted to double check that it fit. As we were putting the glass in the frame, using there large cushioned table, the lady came out and told us we were not allowed to do that in the store, that I had to pay and do it at home/outside of the store. I don’t blame this lady at all she is just following policy but Hobby Lobby overall should look at how ridiculous this policy is. Who would want to buy a piece of custom glass just to take home and it not fit if you have the option of trying it in the store? She did say that if I left with it in the frame she would have to charge me $10 for putting it in. So we had to take the glass back out and package it back up, which is 100% fine but it still goes back to how you should be allowed to verify that the glass actually fits the frame. I love Hobby Lobby and shop here frequently for projects and home decor but this left a bad taste that they don’t want to do right by their customers, so I will look at shopping somewhere else in the future."

"Hobby lobby is always a dangerous place to go because I always spend more than I intended. Great options for holiday/home decor shopping and of course crafts. Pricing is reasonable on most items and items easy to find. Lines can be long at check out but cashier's are knowledgeable and move quickly."

"Good quality for silk flowers. I've gotten numerous photos custom framed there as well, they preview the product for custom frames and they'll also frame photos into frames off the floor. The store has always been clean when I've gone. They have great sales on their scrap book supplies. Lots of choices. They also have a toy section that has some cute things at reasonable prices. Workers have always been helpful and available. I travel a good half hour to go here over my local craft store."
