"I love shopping at the Huber Heights Once Upon a Child location. They are the friendliest (and cleanest) store! I've been going there for years and honestly don't know how I could afford not to! Whenever my kids size up in clothes I make a stop here. They're great at accepting my gently used items. Today I brought in 46 items and they purchased 45 of them. It was enough to buy a new clothes for my kids and still bring home some extra spending cash. This place is a blessing when we need extra money and affordable clothes."

"I just tried to sell my daughter's high chair. Granted, it has been used but was in fairly good condition. It had a few tears in the seat but usable. They said they couldn't buy it because of that!! Excuse me?! Half of the stuff they said is dirty, has holes, etc. in it but yet they can't buy my item?! I can't stand this store!!! I wish there was another store that you could sell baby stuff because Once Upon a Child is a COMPLETE joke!!!"
"Employees are very nice and will go out of their way to make sure they answer any questions you have. Very informative on letting you know about any sales they have. happy with the price they gave me for items I brought to sell. It's a resale store so they can't put stuff out full price. Good way to get rid of things we need to get out of the way and get some extra cash."
"Clothes are pretty good, but… I bought a play mat here for 10$ got it home and it had a stain on it. No big deal I took it apart, washed it and it came out. BUT, after like two days I noticed there were holes in the bars that go over the top and hold the toys dangling. Now the wire keeps coming out and it’s pretty much useless. Maybe they should inspect their toys a little better"
