"I had another company come and repair the motor on my jet system. Thought it was fixed, but after the inspection I failed. Decided to call Gullet Sanitation to come out and take a look. What John the Gullett technician discovered were bare electrical wires that were causing the problem. John fixed the electrical issue and installed a new motor. System is up and running perfect! One thing is John educated me about the septic system while he was here. I learned more from him within an hour than I learn in 14 years while living in this house. I also learned the difference between Gullett Sanitation and a lot of the other sanitation companies. Gullett has a power washer with water on the truck when they come out to clean your system. Most of the other companies have to use YOUR GARDEN HOSE and YOUR WATER to clean your system. So which one do you think is going to clean your system better? My choice would be the power washer! In the future I will only use Gullett Sanitation to clean my septic system! I felt like they were knowledgeable and trust worthy."

"I have worked with Dan and his staff on several occasions, first when my parents bought a house with an aerobic septic system (neither they or I had previous experience with these systems). When Dan came out and inspected the system prior to purchasing the home he explained absolutely every part of the system, what to look out for, which repairs should be done ASAP and which could wait. Naturally, I did not hesitate to call Gullett again when I was looking at a house for my wife and I that had an aerobic system. They inspected it, told me what was wrong needing repair and even cleared out an obstruction of roots in one tank right there on the spot during the inspection. Dan and his staff are very busy, but the expertise they offer is worth waiting for if necessary."

"As part of my sellers agreement purchasing a new house the seller had Gullet pump the tank and do the inspection. 6 months after moving in I decided to have diff company come to inspect. Gullet listed the seller as a regular customer that they had done all previous septic work with. Come to find out they had NEVER pumped the back half of the tank despite charging for it so it had been completely full. Also they did the inspection which was falsified. They NEVER inspected any of the items they checked the boxes off for on the Ohio department of health report form. Who I will also be contacting. I am now out $1400 to have it repaired and FULLY pumped. I called 5 days ago. I was told Mr. Gullet would contact me. Never happened. Being in contracting myself I cannot stand these companies who charge for poor and or no work."

"This company was not professional and had really over-priced prices. I had an appointment to get a baffle on my tank as well as a riser seal, when the over weight man arrived, he refused to walk under my porch to get to the tank. The porch was not low just enough to make your neck bend a little. Short story I wasn't happy as he was just being lazy, I then told him to leave. As he left I called the facility back up and made a complaint, come to find out it was the company owner who was at my house and he was the only one who did baffle work. I FINALLY had Septic Solutions from Batavia come out and do the work, those guys are amazing lower priced and told me " We'll crawl under there, that's what we're use to doing"!!!"
