"I received Wenstrup Power Washing Company as a name from a local concrete supply company. We were looking to have our current stamped concrete patio stripped, recolored and resurfaced. Called Andy, he called back and came out the same day. I was told it would not be a problem and he would have an estimate to us a few days later. That day came and went. I texted him, emailed and even called to leave a message. Nothing. A week later, a text response the estimate was still coming. To this day, (approx 3 wks later) I have still not received an estimate, response or any contact at all. I understand if something happened and it cannot be done or even considered. But Ghosting a customer is not very good business. I would not recommend this company at this point in time. I gave them two stars just because he was responsive at first."
