"Initially was fine, called on 4-5 &Tom came out on 4-6. Treated inside the house and did a good job. Could not spray outside as it was too wet. I was still seeing ant activity so I called on 4-13 and left a message. I got no response. I called again on 4-17, this time Glen called back and told me someone would be out between 3 and 5 on 4-20. I got home at 1:30 and was here waiting all afternoon. At 5pm I called and talked to Glen, informed him that no one showed up, was not happy that I wasted an afternoon and canceled my service which I had already paid for. Will be looking for a company that follows through and is reliable."
