"They don't have enough employees to run the store. It can't be ran right . One to two employee can not put merchandise on shelves to keep it stocked, run register and help customers. One register open for a line of people. The upper management needs to fix this problem. It employee do the best they can with what they have to work it. Customer walk out with things or leave there stuff there. The upper managers know about this problem but refuse to do anything about it. The store can't stay clean either. Management should have to work in those conditions and they would see why customers don't wait and leave, and why they are not happy in Dollar General stores. The employee do the best they can, but with the right amount of staff and organizations the store would be a nice, clean stocked and customers would wait to get checked out and less stealing would go on. It's said with what little pay they get. The company treats them like this. Not looking good Dollar General. Hope you take advice and do change things around to make it better for all."
