"I have used roto rooter in the past This last service was not good at all. I called Roto Rooter Told them the problem. My main line was clogged up sewer line 2 technicians showed up looked at the problem. And proceeded to tell me they didn't have the equipment to fix the problem. He said his equipment was broke. He said he was told the problem was inside the house. Regardless insider outside if you don't have the equipment that doesn't make any sense. You are a nationwide brand And you're gonna tell me you don't have the equipment to unplug a main sewer line. Un Professional So I so I had to wait the next morning to fix the problem which I thought you were a 24 hour service company. But I guess not. After the job was done a quality control. Person came out with a scope and camera and told me it looks like it can use some more cleaning with a bigger cut. She says she'd call the technician to come back. And do some more cleaning and never did show up as of this day. Nobody showed up. For the $300 plus I had to pay out. The service did not match the cost lousy job."

"I have had them out a couple of times and they have been upfront on the cost but never pushy about anything. Very down to earth and understanding. I am very nosey in knowing how things work and they had no problem answering any of my questions or explaining every move down to how the knobs work on the machine. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I personally feel it is a little high on the price but I couldn’t say for sure since they have been the only ones I’ve called because they have always gotten me someone here in the matter of hours."

"Brenden was absolutely wonderful, we called for emergency service due to standing water in our tub and toilet, he was here within an hour of calling and was very kind and professional. The clog was cleared by the time he arrived and he was nice enough to check to make sure everything was working as it should before leaving. Will definitely continue to use them in the future with hopes of Brenden being the technician who comes! Thanks again!"
