"I ordered parts online through their website late at night with overnight shipping. In the morning, I was promptly sent an email that the part was not in stock but would be ordered from Honda which would take 1 day to come in and asked if I still wanted to proceed with the order. I didn't reply until after business hours, so I wasn't sure if the part had been ordered. Sure enough, it had been and was promptly shipped overnight and I received it. It was brand new and worked perfectly. I write this review because they were proactive in making sure this was the correct part I needed both to fix the issue and for the right car. They were proactive in letting me know that there would be a 1 day delay in receiving the part and giving me the option to proceed and cancel. And their prices were very fair compared to other parts shops I found online, especially when you factor in overnight shipping. I would gladly buy from Jim White Honda again."

"Was really unhappy with Chevy and wanted something nice but not expensive. Trey answered my car, made me for comfortable right away, explained things until he made sure I understood them and made sure I left with no questions and an amazing deal. I couldn't be happier with my vehicle and the service I received. Only dealership in a while to have such a welcoming feeling."

"Great service team Great sales team Awesome Service Manager, Mark Johnson Awesome General Manager, Boss Man Awesome Sales Person Bob White Awesome receptionist Awesome dealership… been affiliated with Jim White Honda since 2007. Leased 4 cars 2007,2010,2013 and my current 2016 which I purchased. Completed all my service with them since 2007 and the people that work there are great and happy to take care of you. I personally retired from sales and service industry with 45 years in Consumer Banking. So I rate when it’s great and I rate when it not. Good Job"

"Took my son to Jim White Honda to purchase his very first vehicle. Tony was recommended by the salesperson we used previously and we're so glad she did. My son had to order the car due to low inventory so Tony said it would take about a month. A week later he facetimed my son and said someone didnt pickup the car they ordered and asked him if he liked that one. Tony is very outgoing so he made my shy son feel very comfortable. We felt like valued customers so our family wont ever go to anyone else to purchase a vehicle. Tony and the finance person (cant remember her name) made the car buying experience so easy and my son is OBSESSED with his 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid. Thank you Tony!"

"My 16 y/o son was charged 50% higher cost for a replacement key fob for my 2015 Honda Accord, than what he was quoted. I went to Service Department to talk with David and he could not have been more rude and less concerned about my issue. I asked to return the replacement key and get a refund, to which he simply respond "No, he did nothing wrong." I have been a Honda owner for 20 years and have never had a bad experience with Honda....until now. I am done with Jim White Honda. Similar reviews left on their website, along with email sent to American Honda Motors Company. This dealership does not even act like they care about you as a customer, or at least David doesn't care, that much was obvious."
