"Extremely disappointed. I dropped my car off on a Friday afternoon for an estimate on a power steering problem. I didn't expect it to be looked at that day (and I told them so) and they said that's fine, they'd call me Monday. No call on Monday. Tuesday, no call until I called late afternoon, when I was told they hadn't got to it yet. Wednesday...no call, until again I called mid-afternoon and was told he was working on it; the estimate (which I agreed to); and a request to have Thursday as a back up, in case he didn't get it done. Thursday comes...no call until 5:45pm (they close at 6), where I'm told they just started working on it but that their pulley tool broke, and they'd have it done Friday morning by 9am. At 11:45am Friday, I stop over to pick it up...and the car's up on the lift. Zach, the guy I originally spoke to, didn't come out to explain, or apologize for the delay. The receptionist said come back in 20 minutes. I did, the car was fixed, and no one said anything about the lack of communication or the delays. Nothing. Zach walked right by me, grunted something, and kept going right into his office. If I had been told on Friday that it would take a week to get to the car, I wouldn't have left it, but at least I would have known the score. It's inexcusable to leave a customer constantly in the dark, putting them off and making THEM call YOU. Does anyone know anything about customer service any longer, or running a local business in a manner that says, "We value your business"? Obviously I won't be returning."
