"Absolutely terrible workmanship and terrible customer service on top of that and $5000 later for some custom work and the only thing they have caused is issues due to them not doing their jobs properly including leaving gaskets out,leaving bolts out and even leaving extra parts attached to the vehicle and when I reached out to see if we could remedy this they promised a call back the day of and it’s been almost 2 weeks since and I have yet to receive any kind of call I’ve taken it to 2 separate mechanics both of which have said the workman ship is poor and both have also had to fix Brandon’s subpar work long story short if your looking for a good tuning shop in Toledo this is not the one I would look elsewhere"

"If you own a BMW or a MKV Supra, and need any work done, you'd be a fool to go elsewhere. Not only is this shop incredibly talented, and knowledge, but the highlights to me are the honesty, the reasonable quotes, and turn-around times!. And to top it all, Carl and his crew are all just genuine car guys that love what they do. I've had Hidden work on my Supra on 2 occasions for 2 separate issues, and was relieved when i was finally able to drop if off at the shop to get sorted. I look forward to seeking them for all my future mods and when i inevitably breaking something again. Their shop hours are also very convinient, working thru weekends till 9pm!!"

"This place was an absolute God sent!! We are from Lewis Center, Oh (Polaris mall area) and when my daughter was driving out of the House of Meats parking lot she followed the truck in front of her who went over the cormorant of the curb with no problem l, her not so lucky, we fell in a deep hole that slammed the transmission pan and put a hole in it. We made it to the gas station to find out we would not be getting home very easy. So I looked for a repair shop at 5pm on a Sunday that would be able to fix it… we were living on a prayer, but they were answered by Hidden Motor Sports that s did not close until 9pm on a Sunday! They had to drive 45 mins to pick up the parts which they did and did not charge us! They had the car fixed in less than 1.5 hours because two ppl worked on it and they had to get a bolt out that the head got sheared off of. I would highly recommend this place they saved us from having to have the car towed over 100 mile and on top of that having to have someone come get us, a total of 4! These guys saved us money were extremely friendly. Honestly I would drive 100 miles to bring our cars up here to get fixed the one guy know Volkswagens and we have a 2014 VW EOS, I don’t trust very many ppl with this car."
