"I would give the agency ten stars if I could. I had insurance nightmares before we switched to Savage-McVicker. We have had spectacular service for many years with a couple of agents and their assistants. Whether business or personal, the agency constantly exceeds my expectations and promptly represents us well with our customers. Insurance can be expensive, but Jake's team is always looking out for our needs whether through premium reviews or claims service. I truly appreciate Sandy Martin and Elizabeth Baker because I don't have insurance nightmares anymore.. Plus, the agency phone is answered by a live person!"

"As another reviewer stated, things have recently changed at this company. We moved all eight of our properties along with multiple auto and life insurance policies to another agency after the loss of our long time (approx 30 years) agent. No claims issues, but the new agent was unable to answer basic insurance questions and didn't seem in interested in doing anything that required effort on her part. It worked out well for us though, as we ended up with substantially lower rates."
