"BE CAREFUL...Had a disappointing experience. Has an appointment for an oil change and received a call from them that the car needed rear brake pads was told would $300ish plus tax. I agreed to allow them to go ahead. No other call or conversation about costs and when they were done they charged me twice that stating they came across something else that needed fixed. No call to me to discuss or go over change in cost and when I questioner this was told they had a "crazy day" so they missed calling me. Then they tell me they can try to make it right and take 10% off which they did off of 1 part so in total they took around $15 off a now $600 bill! Very dishonest way to do business so be leary if you are looking to take your vehicle to Sharp Automotive."

"Most honest place I've found in Defiance. Crew is funny and friendly, and they know their trade like it's basic math. They do their best to accommodate their customers too. I went with a broken wiper blade (of course on a rainy day), and they fixed it on the spot. New location is on second Street across from McDonald's."
"Owner was on vacation but his guys took good care of my issue with fast service. Good price and so far so it's just great. I will be back for sure. Hard to reach them but they are worth the wait."
