"VERY disappointed in the work. Took it in for a knocking under the hood. After $500 for a PCV valve and cover replacement, it is still making the same exact noise! I don't think they even drove it. I called on my way home to tell them nothing was different and he had a very condescending attitude trying to tell me it could be the tires or an air filter whistling, even though the noise just started 2 weeks ago. NEVER going back there and forking out $165/hour in labor! Edit notes: took the vehicle to a dealership (which, by the way, only charges $135/hr) the next day and they drove it right away. They thought it sounded like a loose rocker arm. Once in the garage, they found it was only a loose spark plug, fixed it immediately, and the noise has stopped. Too bad Brian's wouldn't even take it out for a drive."

"Brian’s Auto was recommended to me by my closest friend. I was able to get my car in the next business day, which was great. They open at 8 am. At 8:52 am I got a phone call from Brian’s. They advised me that both front lower control arms needed to be replaced. That bill was going to be over $1400.00. They charged me $104.62(0.8 hour) for diagnosing. If I had them do the work the $104.62 would not be taken off the over $1400.00. But I would receive a 20% off coupon for my next visit. I told them I had to wait but would get back with them. Meanwhile I priced the job with a garage in Ft. Wayne (where I am from). $737.00. Ruffly half price. One star."
"Had my vehicle towed here for diagnostic work on my engine. Response was in a timely manner and I was given options to replace my engine. Service manager was polite and friendly."
"Complete ripoff- charged $21 for a quart of oil that costs $9 retail, estimated air filter $70 which I bought retail for $18. Would not honor discount offered to me in text from them to get my business. Thought they could take advantage of a senior citizen by telling them hybrid cars are much more expensive to service and maintain. Learned my lesson the hard way"
