"The entire experience at this location was pathetic today. Said part that I needed your computer system and online said was in stock. Employee looked for said part and couldn't find it. So your inventory is not correct obviously. Employee said part could be here at 5 pm I agreed to wait and paid for part. Waited till 5:15 pm and called employee stated truck had not delivered yet but should be there in 10-15 minutes. Waited till 7:15pm and called back again and part was there but never received a call. I will never do business with you again. Years ago I quit using your store and am going back to that motto. If I could give your store zero stars I would!"
