I thought I had heard my breaks scratching so I asked the Manager Brenndan to have them look at the breaks during my oil change. They checked them and said they had plenty of life left and no need to do anything now. It was just refreshing to work with an honest place that doesn't just charge you because they can/could have. "We were visiting friends in Auburn from 2 hours away and had trouble with our car. When I called Monro, they were very pleasant and more than willing to help us out. The second I arrived with our vehicle, the gentleman (I believe his name was Brandon) came out to my car to check on it for me and before we left in another vehicle, he was already pulling it in to work on it. He had it done by the time I called back a half an hour later and charged me a very minimal amount. I could not have been more pleased with the service at this place. Very efficient, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"I've had my car go through their service before once and they did an amazing job but at the end of June I had an ex coworker tow my car from our job to them so I can see why it wouldn't start. I got the coworker to go ahead and bring my car back home so I could figure out my finances to pay for locked up brakes from the car sitting for so long and this is what my car looked like when I got it back!! The spoiler broken off for no reason, the plastic by the seat belt in the backseat broke for no reason too, and didn't even put the cover back on for my gear stick.... Never bringing another vehicle to them again."

"We needed a dually trailer tire replaced after it blew on the road. We own a freight company and needed help. They ended up needing to cut the tire off. Total hassle and pain in the butt to get it done but they managed to replace it and aired it up to what we specified. Easy to talk to and great people. This is the 2nd time we've come here and we haven't been disappointed. They even helped me when I just walked in and didn't expect to be seen due to their lot being full of other customers. 100% impressed and pleased with their work. I will absolutely be taking my future business to them. My only disappointment was that I couldn't tip them with my card; I had to use cash, which I was out of at the moment. Total price was under $14. Go check them out!"
