"I went to get my nails done for an upcoming concert. I showed her a reference photo of what I was looking to get done (a starry design with colored gems in the center). After everything was said and done, I was very disappointed with my nails. The lines for the stars are shaky and thick. There is hair cured into my nails. Because she did not have colored gems, she used white glue to make the color pop from my nail. The glue is shining through on almost all of the color. I instantly knew I did not like the star design she was drawing, but I assumed it would look better when she added the color to the center. She never asked me how I felt until the nails were cured with the top coat. I was barely able to glance at them myself because she kept putting them under the light. The only time I really got to look at them was when I was drying with the glue under the fan. To make matters worse, she was on her phone multiple times throughout our session, texting. I told myself to trust the process until the final product was finished, and I was still highly disappointed. When I called, I was very polite and understanding. She stated that since I didn’t speak up about my nails until after they were paid for, she can’t do anything for me. I don’t necessarily understand why it would’ve mattered if I spoke up at the register or while I was at home, half an hour later. I truly did not get a good look at these nails until I was in the car. And the more I looked at them, the more displeased I became. I understand nail techs can’t always replicate other work exactly. But I should’ve been notified that my nails were going to look drastically different from the reference. I’m really disappointed with the way this was handled. I don’t ever complain about my nails. But to me, these nails look nothing similar to the reference photo."

"My girlfriend went to get her nails done and paid 90 dollars plus tip for nails that don’t look like the style she wanted and are chipping after 1 day. TERRIBLE! Many other nail salons worth using over this overpriced establishment. Would give 0 stars if possible."
