"My first time here. I found the salon yo be very impersonal. Walking in II was not greeted right away. I stood at the counter for a hot minute until Donna my hairstylist finally asked who I was. IDonna who was at the counter turned out to be my hairstylist. I tried to explain what I wanted done to my hair and she asked for a picture. I don’t have one. I felt like she was not in tune with me. She hardly talked during my coloring. Just felt awkward. She never asked me if I liked my hair, never asked if I wanted to book another appointment. Then, to top it off the owner cashed me out and never asked if I was happy, if I wanted to return. The whole experience was very very uncomfortable!!"

"I had an appointment with Frankie and right off the bat she was amazing and created a comfortable space for you to express what you wanted done and have a good time! I showed her a reference photo and she made sure I got exactly what i wanted. She knew I had a wedding to go to and made my hair wedding ready! absolutely love my layered haircut and style and will be going back to Frankie in the future!!"

She took her time and made sure I was happy as she did my cut and color. The salon overall was fantastic, modern, and clean. Their staff was super friendly! "Jocelyn has done my hair for years and it always turns out absolutely perfect! I always feel so beautiful after she is done. She's done extensions, hair piece, cut, style, highlighting, dyeing my silver hairs on the top of my head. You name it she's done it.
