"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! If I could give negative stars I would. I unfortunately spent $200 on a cut and color. (And honestly, that is WAAAAY over-priced for the work they do) And when I wasn't happy with the color, the STYLIST (her name is Ashley, and I pray you NEVER have her) took it upon herself to say "feel free to go to another salon"!! (She obviously thinks that she owns the salon!) Now keep in mind that I wasn't asking for a refund, or for them to re-do my hair! All I did was say that it had too much orange in it (I'm a redhead, and I'm particular about my color). I will admit, my first 2 colors with them ( they've only colored me 4 times) didn't go well because I was asking for a color that they obviously couldn't achieve. How was I supposed to know they couldn't get that color on me? They should've SAID THAT, so that's on them. The 3rd color, I chose a red straight out of the book, and it came out great! Then they changed their color line. So now we get to start all over again trying to find my perfect color. Obviously it didn't go well. Don't bother asking for the manager/owner to get in touch with you, because she won't bother. THIS is how BADLY this salon is run!! Don't bother calling either, because nobody answers the phone, or even bothers to return your phone call when you leave a voicemail!! THIS IS A PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR A SALON!! PERIOD!!!!!"
