"I wanted to love this place. I'm now just waiting for the months and my hair to be better. Stylist did exact opposite of what I requested and made my hair so short and horrid layers like 90's style. I cannot correct for months have to wait for it to grow out :( I asked for layers to be under no visible layers he instead butchered my hair made it thinner overall and no volume - rather than giving me the volume with what I described & pictures & he cut it at least 4" shorter than what I showed him so I cannot correct it. I hate my hair now. Will never go back. My hair was pretty long when I went there and I'm more upset everytime I look in mirror I'm wearing a child size style ponytail to avoid seeing how terrible my hair looks down."
"This is an excellent hair salon with incredibly professional and kind people who know what they are doing. Monica was excellent and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I spent four hours in her chair and have been happier than I’ve been in awhile with a hair cut! Worth every penny, please check this place out. You will not be disappointed."
