"Absolutely the worst people I've met. I walked in and I already knew what I needed to get. However when I put my things at the counter the manager was telling me I needed another product to help the hair dye set. I told her no thank you I just wanted the dye. However she didn't like that I guess and proceeded to tell me I didn't know what I needed and tried to ring up the product anyways. I left with nothing. I'll gladly go somewhere else."

"It is a bigger store than I’m used to which was nice however, I was looking for the punky color color remover and they were out so the lady there recommended “one n only color fix with argan oil” She said her boss recommends it so I figured it would work. Now I currently have half blue hair which is obviously going to be a semi permanent color, she recommended a permanent hair color remover. As I read the directions it said it won’t work on direct dyes aka semi permanent hair color so I wasted almost $30 on a recommendation for something that won’t even work for my hair. Also I can’t get a refund on the box I didn’t use. Total waste, wouldn’t recommend going there unless you know exactly what you want."

"Used to work here. Manager is very deceiving and is not manager material. She pushed me back in my shell when we had moved to knee location. After she slaved us to make store look perfect she cut all of our hours and said our hours would be based off sales.. I made my sales and still somehow found my way to the least hours a week. Because of only working two times a week I decided it was time to go ahead and get a new job.. I had gotten a job and my orientation was the week next and on a day I usually didn’t work out of my TWO days and she was very unprofessional about the situation. Would love to work for Sally’s just never at this location!"
