"Called in around 1 pm on a Saturday to see if they were accepting walk-ins, and they were able to set me an appointment for 1:30. My hair was beyond damaged, and needed to be cut and brought back to life and boy did Beth do her thing! After a haircut and a deep conditioning treatment and styling, not only did I leave feeling beautiful for the first time in a long time, I also left with so much knowledge on my hair type and how to maintain healthier hair! She recommended some amazing products to me that will help me continue to heal and revitalize my damaged hair! Thank you again to Beth and all the ladies today that made me feel so welcome!"

"0/10 would never recommend! I am a local and first time client that visited the salon for a partial highlight and cut. I called in before my appointment to make sure someone at the salon specialized in what I wanted and was set up with hairstylist Tristin. When arriving, I was not greeted by anyone and instead had to wait at the front desk for the receptionist to look at me. During the process, Tristin told me a partial highlight does not go down to the ears. I have never heard this. (I was still charged for a partial) She was very rough with my head throughout the entire process that when I left my scalp actually hurt. During the cut, she referred to my face framing layers as bangs and eventually had to get another stylist to cut my hair. Regardless of these things, I paid around $170 PLUS a 20% tip. My total was $210. When I got home and examined my new hair I realized she had not even brought my highlight to the root. It looks like I have months of growth on freshly done hair. The highlights are chunky and look like stripes on top of my head. There were several long pieces of hair that were missed and I had to cut myself. I asked Tristin during the process if she does foils and coloring often and she stated she did. I believe she needs more schooling before touching a new client. I am so disappointed in this subpar experience and I do not wish this feeling upon anyone."
