"What I find to be so rude and disrespectful is that you don't have a salon receptionist to take care of walk ins & answering phone calls, so the stylist don't have to keep walking away from doing their job cutting hair. Just ridiculous. This company runs theses girls ragged, so sad. After our last time in we don't care to come back. It's really sad that you can't help your employees out by giving them extra help. then you have to be so picky on hiring a salon receptionist that they either have to be in cosmetology or you don't hire them. So sad."
