"They don’t even have black hair care products, very disturbing this is 2023 almost! I went there for dreadlock products and they don’t have nothing, nothing at all!!! I was embarrassed and they should be ashamed!! Never will ship there again I’ll go to a bigger city, that respects all races and cultures!!"
"Products are slowly disappearing! It's not the stores fault. The staff has gotten nicer and more attentive since covid. Always clean. Very organized. Just don't have the products I have used for 20 years. It's a shame really."
"Staff changes continuously. Current staff is friendly. Negative factor: out of stock merchandise. They almost always are out of something on my list. Sale ad shows items that are rarely in store or they only get 1 per store. A trick to get you in the door."

"Being today was gloomy and rainy , me and my fiancee, Dawn Parsons found out way too the Cosmo Prof in Findlay Ohio , where she does all her color and developer shopping. The wonderful Lady working today was very attentive and extremely helpful too Dawn and I , even when we couldn't find a certain color , this young Lady went in the back and found exactly what my fiancee was looking for.
