"I know doing a review of this store is a moot point: its the only one for miles, but I have shopped at other BBW in other cities and states and never had this bizarre issue before. Yesterday between 3:45pm and 4pm I went into this location to pick up 6 foaming hand soaps for co-workers gift bags. I saw the sale that all hand soaps were only 3.50 so i went to the hand soap area in the back. I was conversing with the person I was with after pulling 4 off the shelf when an employee came up behind me and moved into the area I was working in. She began facing the soaps I had been working on getting (4 of 6) and opening draws, further moving me aside while I was still shopping. I stood for 3 minutes waiting for her to finish stocking the 4 missing soaps and facing the display (that was missing only 4… the ones I had on the counter while I decided my last three. (I decided while there to get one for my own home.) At that point another couple came up and stand behind the person I was with. All four pair of eyes watching this young woman pretend to stick shelves, preventing us from shopping. And to what end? She was obviously doing this on purpose, or the most oblivious employee any shopping mall has ever employed. At that point I gave up, left the four I had started with on the counter and found another different matching set away from her. Another couple had walked up on her other side waiting for her. She was surrounded yet unbothered. I have to question how often this happens. How many people she has chased away from shopping there. How many sales could’ve been higher without her driving shopper away. And what purpose this has. This mall isn’t popular, there’s no way this BBW is doing the same amount of sales as the surrounding stores. Is this the case of a Findlay mall curse, or is the call coming from inside the house? I shopped around for other things after getting my 7 soaps. But dang. Get your employees in check."
